A Dental Practice known for its amazing reputation and high-clinical standards has let us know about two fantastic new vacancies, a Private Only Associate Dentist and a Mixed Associate Dentist role close to  Newcastle Upon Tyne (South West).

This practice is looking for a candidate that prides themselves in going above and beyond, providing patients with high-level care and engaging patient rapport.

 About the Private role:

• 1 day per week available
• 45-50% on all Private work completed
• Established private plan to inherit and an influx/demand for fee per item new patients
• Can offer a guaranteed earning structure whilst continuing to further build on fee per item

About the Mixed role:

• 1 day per week available
• Up to 1,500 UDAS available at £12-£14 per UDA – subject to experience and interview
• 45-50% on all Private work completed
• Inherited list – stable patients with strong oral health – easy to achieve UDAS and stability
• Role would suit Dentist wanting to make that next step into conversion and private Dentistry
• Exceptionally high conversion rates and lots of patient requests for Special Interest Dentistry treatments
• Immediate start would be ideal – but can wait for the right Clinician

The practice:

• Large Practice with a friendly and efficient work environment
• Mixed practice but with predominantly private books due to the affluent area of the practice
• Treatment Coordinator and Hygienist Support
• Fully Digital Practice – including Systems for Dentists, Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo, High-end materials and IntraOral and Itero Scanners
