This practice is looking for a candidate that prides themselves in providing high-quality care; whilst making sure that Patients leave with a smile each time!

Mixed Position:

• Part-Time or Full-Time role  available – happy to be flexible around your current dental diary
• Up to 4,000 UDAs available (pro-rata for part-time Associates) at £12.50 per UDA
• Great Private earning potential and exceptional conversion rates – high-end practice aesthetic and pro-active team approach in regards to promotion of these treatments
• 45-50% split on private work completed
• Gross private earnings (Mixed Associates ONTOP of their UDA’s) £10,000+ per month– would like an Associate who could further drive this forward with the clinics support!
• Full diaries to inherit- brilliant earnings and a stable diary from day 1!

The Practice:

• Mid-sized mixed practice - Recently refurbished, modern working spaces – very high-end aesthetic
• Very busy Practice – Not currently accepting any new NHS patients due to demand and loyal/established patient lists
• All Surgeries have Windows and Air-conditioning – Itero Scanner, Rotary Endo , Sectional Matrix (Posterior Composites), Dentally System, I-pads for paperless workflow
• Experienced team, made up from Associates, Qualified Nurses, Hygienist, Implantologist, Oral Surgeon and knowledgeable Practice Manager
• Lots of peer-to-peer support and exceptional CPD and Shadowing opportunities made available to clinicians

Shadowing in lucrative areas of Dentistry, such as Implants and Oral Surgery!
