Application Support Analyst

Pearson Carter are currently recruiting for a Microsoft end user company who are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team to provide support to the business. They are looking for someone with experience with 2nd line support.

They are offering an amazing salary of up to £45,000, hybrid working + other great benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide application support in production environments, including diagnostics and cause analysis
• Support business requirements through provision of application services
• Act as the operational technical expert for identified applications, sharing knowledge and as appropriate and owning product roadmaps

Experience:

• Experience working within an IT support team, providing technical support of applications and their environments
• Proven experience and technical knowledge of Windows Server
• Experience and knowledge of relational databases, including standard database technologies such as Oracle, MS SQL Server

Salary:

They are offering a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience + other great benefits.

Location:

They are offering hybrid working (1-2 days a month at most) with offices located in London or Manchester.
