As an Account Manager:
- You will working across our Professional Engineering Team working with some of the best-known and well-regarded engineering companies in the UK.
- The team working alongside you are like minded and driven Senior Account Managers, who are all striving for excellence and looking to surpass expectations.
- With the latest tech at your fingertips (state of the art CRM and integrations/ noise cancelling Bluetooth headset/individual job board and LinkedIn Recruiter licenses) you will have the tools to identify and build relationship's to fill your clients job roles.
- Working a fast-paced environment, building strong candidate and client relationships, will become part of your day to day and delivering our services whilst living up to Orion’s core values of honesty, integrity and continuous improvement will become your mantra.
- You will be experienced in attending face to face meetings with your clients as well as having excellent written communication skills.
- This is a role where you will be adept at juggling multiple priorities, where you will have to react to quickly changing circumstances
- You are in the driving seat of your career journey and progression is achievable into a senior management role within 12-18 months.
- Opportunities to coach and mentor more junior team members by becoming a Values Champion, is where you can add extra value to an already successful team.
