Maintenance Team Leader 

Injection moulding industry experience is essential but team leader experience is not essential!

£47,200 plus an additional annual bonus equating to roughly £2,500

We are looking for a maintenance engineer to join our industry leading manufacturer within it's respective field. This is a privately owned company with a family run atmosphere, yet an international, rapidly growing business, with sites across America, Germany, Mexico, Poland and more! This company also comes with a lot of stability supplying the likes of Tesco, John Lewis, Acado, Boots, Next just to name a few. 

Day to day you’ll be dealing with a variety of mechanical and electrical breakdowns. This will include but not be limited to sensors, relays, inverters, wrappers, conveyors, chains, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, as well as a variety of project work and a strong mix of planned and reactive maintenance. You will also have further responsibilities; delegating tasks for a team of 6 engineers as well as overseeing project work along side another team leader. 

The successful maintenance engineer with have a minimum of an NVQ level 3 qualification in either a mechanical or electrical discipline. The ideal candidate will come from an injection moulding background. Time served engineers with this background without team leader experience are highly encouraged to apply to this position. 

Experience Required

• Minimum of an NVQ level 3 in either a mechanical or electrical discipline
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a multi skilled maintenance engineer in an industrial environment
• Experience with injection moulding machinery is essential for this role
