D365 CRM IT Application Support Analyst • £35K • End User

Pearson Carter are working with a leading law firm as they search for a D365 CRM CE IT Application Support Analyst to offer first, second and third line technical support for their continually growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Offer first, second and third line support
  • Liaise with IT suppliers to ensure IT application-related incidents and problems are resolved
  • Resolve IT application-related incidents

Experience

  • IT problem diagnosis and resolution
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • MS-SQL Server Query writing skills 

Salary

My client is offering a salary of £35K to work remotely (with 1 visit to their office per month).

Location

Join our client's team, based in Southampton. Enjoy working remote, with only occasional visits to the office (once per month).
