This very successful, rapidly expanding technology services company has a fresh opening for a hands-on software technician.
The role could suit a variety of backgrounds: from someone with IT / technical projects experience, to an IT graduate, to a customer service professional with good, hobbyist-level technical skills. It covers: -
> UK & Global travel (15% of time, remainder in the office)
> Installing and configuring the software & associated equipment for the sports & entertainment industries
> Creating dedicated web portals using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (the client can provide more training on this if you can show you understand the concept, but just need to learn the execution)
> Providing ongoing technical support & user training for the client projects

In addition to your excellent client and project handling skills, candidates should:
> be of novice-level / have an understanding of HTML & CSS
> be Tech-savvy, in terms of IT and perhaps networking
> possess excellent client-facing skills
> be ready and able to work onsite, often internationally
The role offers the chance to progress to the project management team and grow in-line with the company’s global expansion. Salary to around £25,000, depending on experience, plus 5% pension. Services advertised by Dupen are those of an Agency.
