Junior/Graduate Support Analyst - Microsoft Gold Partner - £20,000

Pearson Carter are currently working with one of the most reputable Microsoft Partner based in the UK, West Midlands. They are looking for a Support Analyst to join their Dynamics 365 CRM team!

Responsibilities:

• Documenting and prioritising cases to be escalated to 1st / 2nd line support.
• Working with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Projects.
• Communicate with customers to determine the problem and find a solution.

Experience

• Must have experience in an IT Service Desk or Finance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Salary

They are offering a competitive salary package between £18,000 - £20,000 + hybrid working plus excellent benefits. They also offer great career progression in the Microsoft Dynamics Market.

Location

This role will be based in the West Midlands with the flexibility of home working.
