Application Support Analyst – Remote working - Up to £45,000

Pearson Carter is currently working with an established Educational company that is looking to recruit an Application Support Analyst, this is due to their continued growth within the business.

Responsibility

• 2nd Line Application Support.
• Liaising with Third-party Vendors and escalating incidents.
• Diagnosing causes of incidents that are related to application services and implementing resolutions
• Providing guidance, coordination, and support of business processes using one or many applications.

Experience

• At least 2 years of Application Support experience (2nd line)
• Experience with standard database technologies such Oracle, MS SQL Server.
• Experience and technical knowledge of Windows server environments.
• Experience working with various software platforms and applications, both on-prem and cloud-based.

Salary

They’re offering an attractive salary of up to £45,000 plus excellent benefits.

Location

Their offices are based in London and Manchester the flexibility to work from home (2 days in the office per month).
