This is a permanent opportunity for a Lead Full-Stack Developer to join a scaling e-learning provider based in the UK. Our client has created an award-winning career exploration platform that enables young people to effortlessly learn about careers and opportunities within the creative industries, enabling them to get their first creative roles. As a Full-Stack React Native Developer, you will be responsible for implementing new features and rebuilding areas of the app. You will also be responsible for all engineering activities across the business, leading external and internal developers ensuring product success and for delivering high quality solutions to meet the needs of clients and their users.
Experience Required:

• Front-end development experience using React.js.
• Back-end development experience using Node.js.
• Experience in using React Native in a commercial environment.
• Experience in managing a team working in a similar role.
• Experience working within a start-up environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with CI/CD & Git (Hub).

Duties Involved:

• All engineering activities across the business, leading external and internal development.
• Ensuring product success and maintaining high quality solutions.
• Collaborating and leading teams to develop products and experiences which are tailor made for consumers.
• Build high-quality, user-centric app that are fully test-driven.
• Explaining technical concepts to non-technical people and a range of stakeholders confidently.
