We are seeking an individual to be case officer for a range of minor, major and complex applications and some pre-applications in our Development Management team.

The post would suit someone who has a track record or managing a caseload of mixed applications, agreeing S106 heads of terms, working with stakeholders and consultees to deliver homes and meeting deadlines.  The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting reports and recommendations for submission to the Planning Committee or for delegated decision and S106 negotiations.
