Senior Support Engineer - London - £45,000


Pearson Carter are currently working with an established End User who are looking to recruit a Senior Support Engineer to add to their expanding support team, in the insurance domain.




  • Provide second level IT Support 
  • Process technical support requests 
  • Resolve and respond to a high volume of issues
  • Travel in to Central London office 5 days per week



  • Experience in IT Service/Help desk
  • Office 365 and Active Directory support experience required
  • Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience
  • ITIL Foundation desirable



This role offers a salary up to £45,000 plus an attractive benefits package including an excellent bonus package.



This client is working to an on-site working model with travel to their London office five times a week, with the rest from home.
