Paint Shop Team Leader        

Salary: £38000 to £39,500 per annum (depending on experience)          

Employment Type: Permanent

The Paint Shop Team Leader will be working on a shift basis which rotates each 2 weeks being 5:45am to 1:45pm and 2:15pm to 10:15pm Monday to Friday 

An opportunity is available  to work for a well-established engineering company who due to increased orders are currently going through a growth period and seek an experienced The Paint Shop Team Leader to join their highly skilled team. You will lead a team of Painters/Prepers in refinishing assembled products.

As The Paint Shop Team Leader you will be responsible for encouraging team spirit, allocating tasks and instructions, working practices while working to production targets. The role will be split between painting and team leading      

The Paint Shop Team Leader that is appointed will be responsible for working within a specialist automotive company ensuring quality finish to the paint work this will include prepping and final inspection.                 

The Paint Shop Team Leader would ideally have previous paint spraying experience to a very high standard of finish ideally within the automotive or aerospace industries.                

The Paint Shop Team Leader must have previous experience setting paint, mixing paint and spray to a high quality finish.               

The Paint Shop Team Leader will be working on a shift basis which rotates each 2 weeks being 5:45am to 1:45pm and 2:15pm to 10:15pm Monday to Friday.
