Role: Project Planner

Location: Norwich, Norfolk

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Terms: Permanent – Full-Time

To continue with their mission, they are looking for a resolute and dynamic Project Planner competent in ensuring that projects are adequately planned, resource requirements are established, capability requirements are managed, and workflows are organised.

 

Responsibilities of a Project Planner

  • Create, maintain, and communicate project plans, project logs, and other necessary documents which accurately reflect progress and planned activities for all internal and external stakeholders where appropriate
  • Build and maintain productive project stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure efficient administration of all aspects of assigned projects
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external use as required
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to ensure accreditation requirements are consistently met
  • Keeping accurate digital records

 

About you

  • Previous Project Planner experience (preferred)
  • Process-driven with the ability to enhance, improve and develop processes as the business grows and looks to continuously improve
  • Exceptional attention to detail and capable of maintaining high standards even under pressure, produces accurate results
  • Passionate and driven to deliver value to the business
  • Accountable – takes responsibility for outputs and actions
  • Constructively challenge – able to positively challenge the status quo to realise benefit
  • MS Project or Primevera knowledge with an understanding of Master Scheduling and Capacity Planning would be an advantage
  • Experienced in managing programme risk
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

 

This Project Planner role is hybrid working. You would be required to be in the office at least 3 days of a week.
