They are a young, vibrant, exciting, and rapidly growing property management company. Based in Rochester within the Medway Towns, with a substantial portfolio mainly in Kent, we are now looking to expand across the wider South East region. They work with both landlords and letting agents, maintaining and servicing their stock along with our own. The company regularly buy new homes, delivering exciting and challenging refurbishments and redevelopments through the planning system. They are market leaders in the provision of diverse accommodation models to local authorities, often assisting homeless or challenging households. Tackling every aspect of property management with our inhouse staff, we are looking for the right people to join us and help us move forward with our ambitious growth strategy.
They now have a fantastic opportunity to join their Property Maintenance team based in Medway.
The role will require the individual to take responsibility for operational supervision and delivery of both capital projects and maintenance works (planned and reactive). Taking responsibility for the effective, efficient and consistent communication of information and monitoring of budgets and progress in relation to projects.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned multi-tradesperson with experience of routine property maintenance and repairs. The successful applicant will be confident to make decisions, manage time, work as part of team, prioritise work load and report performance to Branch Manager. Experience in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety processes and procedures, building regulations, CDM requirements and lone working are essential requirements.
