Estates Surveyor needed in Bedford £358.99 per day PAYE - Reference: 5222534

This is a hybrid role covering estates advice to support the development of a business case for the acquisition of houses to be used as children's homes, which will be for an average of 3 days per week.  The remaining 2 days will be to cover general estates management work relating to the operational estate.

Valuation (residential and commercial), property acquisition, commissioning of surveys and design advice, lettings, landlord and tenant, rent reviews , lease renewals, general estates management advice e.g. wayleaves, easements, restrictive covenants, boundary issues.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
