Do you have experience in the Software (SaaS) industry? Or maybe you’re a technologically savvy Project Manager who can easily wrap their head around software?

My client is a global software company, selling CRM, Forms, and Case Management Software into local governments and higher education establishments. With a booming market and fantastic growth, this SaaS company is seeking a Technical Project Manager with a passion for web and digital technologies.

As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and delivery of digital product and service design projects. You will be expected to conceptualise, plan, and measure projects according to time and budget allocations and must be comfortable with both small and large-scale projects.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to…
  • Collaborating with the Delivery and Sales teams to manage and grow client relationships
  • Leading and coordinate campaigns from start to finish
  • Analysing campaigns to report on visitor data and user experience
  • Managing campaign resources and update stakeholders on all relevant information regarding requirements and supply
  • Building and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all parties are kept informed of progress and problems

The successful candidate will…
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Project Management role
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Be technically competent with good knowledge of server infrastructure, third party integrations, and system development
  • Possess knowledge of digital design approaches, methodologies, and tools
  • Have experience managing team members
  • Demonstratable experience of scoping digitally-led projects and defining resource needs, likely activities and estimating duration
