Pearson Carter are currently working with an established End User who are looking to recruit for a 1st Line IT support role to add to their expanding support team, in the education domain.
- Provide 1st Line IT Support
- Office 365 database
- Fix a wide range of hardware issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Experience in IT Service/Help desk
- Office 365 experience
- Hardware fixing experience
This role offers a salary up to £35,000 plus benefits.
This client is working hybrid working model, looking for someone to travel in to the Sheffield office 3 times per week, with 2 days from home.
