1st Line IT Support - Up to £35,000 - Sheffield

Pearson Carter are currently working with an established End User who are looking to recruit for a 1st Line IT support role to add to their expanding support team, in the education domain.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st Line IT Support 
• Office 365 database
• Fix a wide range of hardware issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues

Experience:

• Experience in IT Service/Help desk
• Office 365 experience
• Hardware fixing experience

Salary:

This role offers a salary up to £35,000 plus benefits.

Location:

This client is working hybrid working model, looking for someone to travel in to the Sheffield office 3 times per week, with 2 days from home.
