Our client is looking for someone who is ‘kind-hearted, motivated, and ready to take on any task to fill a position as a supervisor. You will be working for a company which specialises in delivering hot meals to the elderly and vulnerable. The right candidate must have previous managerial experience and ability to lead a team. They are looking for someone to start immediately.

About this role:

• 12-week temp to perm
• Shift rota in place: Sunday to Thursday
• Start time 8:30am
• 40 hour working week
• Conduct 1-1 meetings
• Produce staff rotas
• Recruit new members of staff
• Carry out interviews
• Cover any sickness
• Go out and complete deliveries when necessary
• Have meetings with staff.

Requirements for this position:

• Full UK driving licence
• Own transport to commute to and from work
• One year driving experience
• DBS check is preferred
• Previous experience in managerial role
• Ability to look after/ lead a team
• Outstanding communication skills
• Fantastic customer service
• Ability to work under pressure
• A ‘can do’ attitude to help where necessary
• Must be happy to work one day of the weekend
