£45,000 plus 30% bonus car or cash for car

Due to an acquisition and growth, we have the need for a driven motivated Specification Sales Manager to manage and develop commercial specification projects throughout the Midlands and North 

The role of Specification Sales Manager would involve the following:

• Cradle to grave approach to specification
• Lead generation via Glenigan
• Identify refurbishment and new build projects
• Create new specifications with architects, end users, and designers
• Building relationships with contractors to break specifications
• You will be supported by an internal team
