The successful Lead .NET Developer will join a rapidly-growing Software House who have supported massive names within the gaming industry for over 20 years, providing world-class service.

The role is fully remote and you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction to a team of developers, as well as hands-on development of complex software systems using .NET.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development and maintenance of software applications using .NET
• Be technically responsible for the delivery of projects
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements and deliverables
• Mentor and guide team members in technical problem-solving and best practices for .NET development
• Oversee code reviews and ensure that all team members adhere to coding standards as best practices
• Continuously improve processes and practices to increase team efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in Software Development with the Microsoft Tech Stack including Azure DevOps, C# and .NET
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Ability to work in a team environment

Salary:

They offer a salary of up to £75,000 based on experience
