IT Service Manager • up to £50K • End User
Pearson Carter are working with a national end user in the NFP domain as they search for a IT Service Manager.
Responsibilities
- Management of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Technical Support
- Liase with SLAs and OLAs
- Work closely with C Level members
Experience
- Team Lead/Management experience
- Fault finding and Configuration
- Service Desk experience
Salary
My client is offering a salary of up to £50K plus benefits to work on a hybrid basis (1x in office p/w).
