IT Service Manager • up to £50K • End User

Pearson Carter are working with a national end user in the NFP domain as they search for a IT Service Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Management of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Technical Support
  • Liase with SLAs and OLAs
  • Work closely with C Level members

Experience

  • Team Lead/Management experience
  • Fault finding and Configuration
  • Service Desk experience

Salary

My client is offering a salary of up to £50K plus benefits to work on a hybrid basis (1x in office p/w).
