Process Engineering Manager

Day Shift 07:30am – 16:30pm Monday to Thursday, 07:30am – 12:30pm Fridays

We are looking for a Process Engineering Manager with experience of improving existing processes and improving the OEE to ensure quoted rates can be achieved to join us at our automotive manufacturing site in West Bromwich. We supply high quality automotive components to the likes of BMW and Land Rover to name a few.

The successful Process Engineering Manager roles and responsibilities will involve organising the Engineering team to support the needs of production whilst enabling the processes and equipment within the business to run efficiently. 

The successful candidate will manage and support new process and products that are introduced to the business, whilst also improving existing processes through data capture.

 

 

Skills required

 

• Problem solving and planning
• Experience with Robot Welding both C02 and Projection.
• Production based knowledge of press work and associated processes.

 

Experience required
 

• Experience of continually improving existing processes to increase productivity
• Experience managing a team of engineers
• Previous experience supporting a quality team in solving issues
• At least 3 years experience as a Process Engineering Manager
