Job Description:
We are recruiting for Employment Advisors to work with a case load of 15-19 year old NEET (or at risk of NEET) customers in schools and the community across Manchester and Salford.

You’ll be responsible for managing a fluctuating caseload and you will provide the support necessary to facilitate their individual progression into education or sustained employment - moving 50% of your caseload in to a positive destination.  You will work with internal and external provision to support customers to access to soft skills and accredited training supporting their journey in to a positive destination. 

A key part of this role involves generating your own referrals.  You will engage with schools, local authorities, colleges, other skills training providers, NEET providers and youth justice teams to promote your services and to encourage referrals to the programme.

You will have previous experience helping young people or adults in to employment or helping to address their personal barriers to life or learning.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
