Double Days – Week 1 : 6am – 2pm // Week 2 : 2pm – 10pm
Then going on to a 4 on 4 off days and nights pattern later down the line, for which you would be well compensated within your Shift Allowance.
The Company
My client is looking for a new electrically bias maintenance engineer after a period of growth and a recent multi-million pound investment in a newly built factory. It is a very supportive working environment and as a maintenance engineer you will be encouraged to get stuck into both electrical and mechanical breakdowns, helping out the team when needed.
As a maintenance engineer your role will be a mix of reactive and preventative planned maintenance, working on:
Low pressure casting machines, robotics ABB and Fanuc, paint shop equipment, furnaces gas and electrical, heat treatment plant, CNC/Drilling machines, rotary Forge, pressure testers and general building maintenance.

Experience required:
- At least 3 -5 years working as a maintenance engineer
- Must have experience with electrical fault finding
- PLC knowledge advantageous but not essential
- Willing to get stuck in on both electrical and mechanical breakdowns
- Medium/heavy industry knowledge
- Minimum qualified to level 3 (NVQ/C&G) or equivalent
