As the Engineering Manager, you will be involved in the planning, costing, and engineering delivery of all the company's products. You will help manage and build the R&D capability by developing and expanding the engineering team by ensuring the development and recruitment of mechanical engineering capability. The successful candidate will ensure the technical quality of the products and support engineering direction, engineering calculation, systems design, liaison with suppliers, test rig development, testing, and delivery to Railway specification for current and future projects.

What we would like from the Engineering Manager:

• Minimum 10-15 years in engineering
• Leadership, Team building, and management
• Interpersonal and communication skills to manage teams
• Liaising with project partners and suppliers
• CAD Literate (SolidWorks preferred including FEA)
