Trainee Sales Advisor

£22,000 Basic Salary
Bonuses £1,000+ Per Month
Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
8:30am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

The Role
You will act as the first point of contact for potential customers. Day to day you will:
- Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
- Managing client accounts accordingly, and seize opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional products – full training given
- Contact enquiries that come in via the website
- Adhere to compliance requirements to help where necessary and further promote the company and the services they offer
- To maintain a high degree of product knowledge.
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Meet personal/ team targets.
