Account Manager

£22K Basic Salary

Uncapped monthly commissions

Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

8:30am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

 

 

My client is a market leading insurance company, who are now looking to recruit a full time Sales Account Manager

 

If you are a confident, enthusiastic team player with a desire to seize opportunities then this is the role for you.

The role will require the candidate to process incoming new business and upsell/cross sell additional and alternative products to new clients to maximise sales.

The Role

 

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

• Managing client accounts accordingly, and seize opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional products

 • Contact new registrations

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customer by going the extra mile.

• Carry out dedicated outbound sales campaigns to existing and prospective clients.

• Adhere to compliance requirements to help where necessary and further promote the company and the services they offer

• To maintain a high degree of product knowledge.

• Meet personal/ team targets.

 

The Candidate

  • Experience of tele sales within an office environment.
  • Experience of working to targets.
  • Communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working with a CRM system
  • Ability to organise and plan well in advance to deliver successful campaigns
