A forward thinking, family owned company is looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to add to the growing team

The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for processes orders and developing  relationships by providing excellent customer service throughout the client’s experience.
You will be uploading new catalogues and documents to the company website along with and processing data using Microsoft Excel so good IT skills are essential.


Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver accurate competitive quotes
• Update the website with new documents
• Use Excel to download data  
• Process orders accurately and concisely
• Maintain a high quality of work for all clients
• Manage the customers’ delivery expectations confidently and efficiently
• Successfully grow supplier relationships to help support your client activities
• Growth of key accounts, develop new opportunities, and build relationships within the strategic client accounts

• Experience in Marketing, Administration, Sales or Customer Service
• Experience in building strong relationships
• Great MS-Office skills

This position will suit a tenacious, outgoing, enthusiastic person. You are a team player with excellent organisational and communication skills. You can work on your own and deal with people at all levels. You can work with initiative and a keen perception.
