2022 has been a great year, but 2023 and beyond will be amazing years. With this is mind we are increasing our sales and service team and will have many opportunities for progression within this team. To start 2023 we will be increasing the head count in our internal sales - customer service team adding a new account manager - customer service advisor and then over the year external sales will be added along with more office sales roles.

The role of account manager - customer service advisor is diverse and will focus on the below:
 

• Reaching out to existing customers to increase basket spend
• Contacting lapsed customer to build a relationship and increase engagement
• The role of Account Manager will also need you process on the system with a high level of accuracy all incoming sales orders and enquires.
• Dealing with customer queries, checking stock and following up on deliveries.
