James Adams is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing managed service provider based near Glasgow.

They are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to come and join their growing support team, with fantastic internal career progression, training and certifications. 

The role itself will be fast-paced, challenging, and a fantastic opportunity to extend your knowledge within IT support

Experience

  • Experience working as a 1st and 2nd line support engineer
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Use of Microsoft operating systems and office suites
  • Knowledge of Windows Servers 
  • Experience with Linux and Networking is desirable 

What you’ll be doing

  • Ownership and Resolve incidents and support tickets
  • Supporting internal and external customers
  • Assigning incidents to the 3rd line team as well as acquiring knowledge from 3rd line teams.
