Global Delay Teaching Assistant in a primary school in Sunderland

Hello Education are working with a mainstream primary school in Sunderland who are looking to recruit an SEN experienced Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant to support a child with Global Delay in KS2/ Key stage two and KS1/Key Stage one.

This role is to specifically work with a children with Global Delay in Year 6 and year 2. The children will excel with someone experienced in working with children with special needs/SEND, and who has a calm and patient nature.

The roles are required to start immediately and expected to continue for the child’s remaining time in primary school.

To be part of this team you will ideally need to be:

• A team player
• NVQ Level 2/3(or equivalent) Qualified
• Minimum of 6 months school experience
• Able to adapt to all environments
• Experience working in a SEND environment
• Fun and creative approach to learning
• ICT literate
