Responsibilities for the Data Engineering Team Lead: 

• Ownership of design and implementation for multiple integration solutions
• Data migration strategy
• Provide team leadership and ensure that work is completed on time and to standard
• Manage stakeholder expectations and work with other team leads
• Monitor and continuously improve processes

Experience that you will bring: 

• A strong technical background including OO language and data engineering, SQL
• Experience running software projects in DevOps environments
• Client facing experience
• Team leadership skills, mentoring and providing training
• Excellent organisation skills
• A background in financial services would be ideal
