TOP Agency Looking for an Lead UX Designer - £90,000 - £120,000

Role overview

You will be reporting to our Client Managing Director, as well as planning, leading, and overseeing the creative and strategic process used to create and deliver products and communications for our client.

You will partner with other heads of the design team, lead with empathy and by doing, and actively balance a hands-on approach with line management and mentoring of junior team members.

you will:

• Help develop the experience design practice and contribute to its commercial success
• Take accountability for the success of our clients and our experience design team
• Push systematic design work to give impact and creative edge and structure narratives for client presentations
• Partner and lead teams of Account, Strategy, Visual Design and Tech teams to define and deliver experiences 
• Provide direction in matters related to experience design and content strategy, including communications design, user experience & user interface
•  

You will bring:

• Substantial agency experience
• Be hands-on with design when needed
• Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch experience
• A portfolio of responsive design mobile and web design
• Excellence in communicating at all levels externally and internally
• Expertise in prototyping and industry-standard design visualisation
•  Good client-facing and relationship skills
