Digital Project Manager - Advertising Agency based in London - £40,000 - £55,000 

The role 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates internally and externally. My client are looking for someone comfortable with clients, a great team worker, confident, with a superb attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own dissecting the brief from the client, understanding the requirements and be able to brief project teams on delivering those on time.
• Be able to create project plans from scratch and take a holistic approach to solving the brief
• Own and set up project kickoff to inform stakeholders of who's working on the project and key deliverables and deadlines
• Own client meetings and updating client on project progress
• Being able to consider profitability/budgeting from the start of the project and keeping teams aware of this key factor throughout. Intervening and escalating whenever appropriate.
• Work closely with AMs and other core teams in delivering project
• Have a good understanding of the technology clients we work with and the industry we operate in
• Own end of campaign reviews, and ensure key learnings are taken from them to the wider org

Experience

• Worked in an agency environment and are familiar with creative processes
• Minimum 2-3 years of solid project management work experience
• Worked with and led meetings with senior stakeholder clients
• Worked in a fast-paced environment with a multiple teams
