Essential -to speak Polish or Russian. We definitely need experience for Sage 50.
Summary of Role:
To set up and maintain procedures and practices to achieve effective work flow and efficient administrative systems.
To provide comprehensive administration support, maintenance and control of the customer database system (simbase).
Assisting the Export Department fully in regard to export sales, documents, collation, archiving the documentation and keeping all data bases up to date.
Requirements and Key Skills:
Day to day activities-
Checking bank receipts and entering it into export receipt 's file
Checking export receipt file for the past week against bank statement
Daily exchange rate update
Daily consulting, advising and solving issues with Natasha
Daily export forecast vs. actual receipts forecast update
Completing Sales day book
Completing Sales day book as new current invoices
Finalising invoices from last week
Completing export receipts forecast for last week
Preparing export receipts forecast for next week
Preparing weekly loading report
Preparing list of loads for issuing sales orders for the following day
