Job Description:
This highly successful global software group in the Healthcare space has some great brands and reputation in their industry. They seek an experienced senior sales manager / sales director to lead the sales function and grow a regional business (EMEA) currently turning over $25m.
Sales Director – the role:
The role needs a strong business partner and commercial leader. It will see you:
> Leading the software solutions teams in developing, executing and managing the various strategies for the EMEA region: go to market, channel, investment, marketing and product development.
> Acting as a partner for the group’s core strategy unit: a key contributor, developing and managing growth strategies and customer experience improvement for the region.
> The role will have 6 direct reports: sales account managers, a country manager and product manager
> Although not directly selling (the account managers are responsible for this), the role involves the relationship management with the larger accounts (e.g. $1m+ customers)
> This is a fully remote UK-based role. Most of your reports will be UK-based.
Sales Director – the candidate:
The client seeks candidates with previous experience of software sales, especially cloud – based software solutions – SaaS - in the Medical / Healthcare space.
The role requires the ability to deal with both the high-end strategic work but also the day-to-day management of the account managers.
