We are looking for an experienced technical engineer to join our global high-service technology distributor business. We deal with products, services, and solutions for a variety of electronic system design, maintenance and repair.

The successful technical engineer will be working remotely and within our newly refurbished and very modern office space in based in Leeds.

You will need to have experience working with electrical/electronic products, your knowledge will need to be of board level electronic components. The role will involve you discussing issues with customers and engineers alike, so you must be confident talking to individuals either via phone or email.  

The role will require you to support customers with their queries relating to electronics along with discussing options with the field service engineers. You will be discussing potential solutions to issues customers are having or ideas on what would be the best product for a specific task.

The successful technical engineer must have knowledge of electronics/electrical products, there will be training around our products however you will need the bones of knowledge around these including and understanding of components to board level, semi-conductors and wiring etc.

The perfect technical engineer for us will be an individual with a technical mind around electronics and who is solution orientated. The role will require you to solve issues faced and communicate solutions effectively.
