Trainee Sales Advisor
£22K Basic Salary
Uncapped monthly commissions
Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
8:30am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

The Role
- Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
- Managing client accounts accordingly, and seize opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional products
- Contact new registrations
- Build sustainable relationships and engage with customer by going the extra mile.
- Carry out dedicated sales campaigns to existing and prospective clients.
- Adhere to compliance requirements to help where necessary and further promote the company and the services they offer
- To maintain a high degree of product knowledge.
- Meet personal/ team targets.
The Candidate
- Experience of tele sales within an office environment.
- Experience of working to targets.
- Communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Experience of working with a CRM system
- Ability to organise and plan well in advance to deliver successful campaigns
