IT Application Support Analyst (D365) - Southampton - Up to £35K

Pearson Carter are working with an established End User based in Southampton. Due to their large-scale digital transformation, they’re looking for a IT Applications Support Analyst to join their talented team.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to support up to 700 employees and users on their MS stack and hardware, including D365. You should have a strong technical/helpdesk background along with strong customer service and communication skills.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests and problems in a timely and efficient manner in line with business requirements. 
  • Employ appropriate application maintenance, support and incident management processes and procedures to support and maintain IT applications, and to investigate and resolve IT application-related incidents.
  • As necessary, liaise with IT suppliers to ensure IT application-related incidents and problems are resolved in a timely and professional manner

 

 

Experience:

 

  • Microsoft stack experience
  • D365 CE CRM experience good to have
  • 1st & 2nd line support experience
  • Strong Customer Service/communication skills

 

Salary: 

 

  • Up to £35,000 + annual bonus, 26 days annual leave, birthday off, Bupa healthcare and 5% matched pension.

 

Location:

 

This role is based from their Southampton office 1-2 days per month. They are looking for someone who lives near to Southamopton.
