Operations Manager - Learning Disabilities (Oxfordshire/Berkshire)

Our client is currently recruiting for a highly motivated and effective Operations Manager to join their team covering Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
You will be required to directly line manage Support Managers/Team Leaders across 7 supported living services, 2 in Oxforshire and 5 in Berkshire.
You will need to manage service budgets and provide reports on the performance of services and organisational KPI’s.
You will need to have experience in developing and managing services for adults with a learning disability on multiple sites.
You will need to hold a level 5 Diploma in Health & Social care or equivalent or be willing to work towards gaining this qualification.
