Our client based in Brighton is currently recruiting for a Support Manager to oversee ‘move-on’ and supported living services for people aged between 25 and 60 with learning disabilities, physical disabilities plus other additional health needs.
You will direct line manage a team leader and support workers. You must be an experienced manager or have previous supervisory experience within the health & social care, preferably in a learning disability environment. Hold a full UK driving licence, be flexible, patient and have a positive attitude.
You will need to hold an NVQ level 5 or be willing to work towards gaining this qualification. Working knowledge and understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS legislation, CQC and health & safety standards.
