Customer Service Officer based in Worcester and the rate is £13.17ph PAYE

This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• An understanding of working in a confidential office environment.
• Working with data and sensitive information
• Experience of working with multi agency partners
• Previous experience of working within a children’s service would be an advantage.
• Call handling experience.
• The ability to work in a fast paced time measured environment
