This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

The successful candidate will manage a team of staff to achieve high performance and effective operational delivery. They will ensure the recruitment activities are managed in line with key performance indicators and mechanisms are in place to provide regular feedback to internal customers on the team’s performance against these.

They should research, develop and implement innovative and tailored attraction and onboarding strategies which are cost-effective and attract quality candidates and conduct a SWAT analysis of roles, processes and ways of working to identify options for change.
