Technical Surveyor based in Bedford and the rate is £28.03ph PAYE

This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

A competent Technical Surveyor with experience of dealing with Disability Facility Grants through the Housing Grants and Construction Act. The ability to deal sympathetically with vulnerable clients, carry out building surveys and produce drawings on CAD, technical inspections, is proficient in the use of Microsoft office and a willingness to use (learn to use) the Foundations HIA case management software.
