We are looking for a mid-weight designer for a fantastic Brighton based Agency.

The designer we're looking for has:

• Four years agency experience designing platforms, websites etc.
• Ability to lead a project from start to finish
• Understanding and aptitude of UX principles and methodology
• Strong organisational skills
• You'll be working across small and large projects in a fast paced agency

What you will be doing

• Facilitating discovery, brand and design workshops
• Managing your own projects
• Inspiring and mentoring other team members
• UX definition thorough prototyping, wire-framing etc.
• Collaborating with in-house development team
