Right to Buy Officer based in St Albans and the rate is £20.00ph PAYE

This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

The role is hybrid and the work pattern depends on the business needs. We would expect the post-holder to be office-based for an initial period of weeks then a minimum of 3 or 4 days in the office every week. There might be some flexibility for the right candidate.

The successful candidate should have good knowledge and experience of “right to buy” and “post completion” matters, Good organisational and communication skills, Good computer literacy skills and attention to details and the Ability to work with people (colleagues, residents, customers).
