Planning Officer needed in Totnes, Devon Paying  £700 per day ref 5224553

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

 This role will involve:

• The role will manage a case load of planning application, pre-applications and other relevant applications of mainly householder and smaller application types with a focus on determining these applications fairly and efficiently and in accordance with relevant national and local planning policy, legislation and neighbourhood plans. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in other areas of work on behalf of the Planning Service.
