Job Title: Assessor - Team Leading / Customer Service / Admin

Location: North West - Home/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)

 

Salary: up to £28,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full-time, Permanent (Our client is also able to consider part-time working - 4 days/30 hours per week)

 

Essential Criteria for all candidates:

  • Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA
  • Must have experience of delivering Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leading; Customer Service and Business Admin (Level 3)., 
  • Hold solid occupational experience within Team Leading, Customer Service and Admin
  • Excellent IT skills and confident with online remote delivery.
  • Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.

Duties include:

  • Assess and support learners working towards New Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leading; Customer Service and Business Admin (Level 3). 
  • Deliver training and support to learners undertaking Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
  • Conduct online and face to face observations learners to gather evidence towards their qualifications.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
  • Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

 

Personal Skills:

  • Must be an excellent communicator who is learner and quality focussed.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
