A lovely 2-from entry Primary School in Islington are looking for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, your role will entail supporting children with Emotional and Behaviour needs. You will be providing one-to-one and group interventions as well as a caring and nurturing environment for the children to learn within. You will be mentoring children, providing boundaries for them to work in line with and implementing behaviour and rewards systems. You will be working in partnership with the SENCO to further help with implementing behaviour strategies. Furthermore, the children need academic support so you will have good curriculum knowledge.

  • £80-90 per day - dependent on experience/qualifications.
